Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration. It explains when registration fees are refundable and when they are not.
Registration fees paid to Modeling Modes are refundable only after a period of 100 days from the date of registration. Refund requests made before the 100-day period has elapsed will not be processed.
Eligible for refund: Registration fee, requested on or after 100 days from the date of payment, subject to the conditions below.
If a registered model or their parent/guardian declines, refuses, or fails to respond to an opportunity offered by Modeling Modes (including but not limited to shoots, campaigns, castings, events, or brand collaborations), the registration fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of how much of the 100-day period remains.
Not eligible for refund: Any model who declines one or more agency opportunities offered to them during the registration period.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval, using the original payment method wherever possible. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of becoming eligible; requests made after this window will not be honoured.
Modeling Modes reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued registration or use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
